What do I need to bring to class? 
Only a great attitude,beach towel and water.  I bring everything else!

Do I have to workout at the same pace as everyone in the class?   
No, not at all.  Work at your own pace and do what you can!!

What do I need to start class?
A Good pair of running shoes and for women, a good bra!

How long is the class?
One hour.

What types of exercises will we do?
Cardio, weights, jump ropes, push-ups, abs, stairs, and yoga style stretching.

How many weeks do the classes go?
Four weeks.

When is payment due?
Payment is due the first day of class.
